##What you can put on our calendar.

Five things, each priced as a retainer, each with a hand-off plan from day one. We list scope by deliverable, not by hour bucket.

-rwx

paid-acquisition.run

Meta, Google, TikTok, and the second-tier channels. We rebuild your account structure, write the creative testing roster, and run a weekly drop cadence. You see the same dashboard we do.

lifecycle.run

Email, SMS, and on-site programs. We re-architect your flows, write the journey logic, and ship the templates. We touch your ESP directly and we leave docs behind.

analytics.build

The measurement layer that makes the rest of the program useful. We wire GA4, server-side events, attribution, and a weekly dashboard. Usually a 6-week sprint, then ongoing care-and-feeding.

creative-ops.run

Static, motion, and UGC at the volume paid actually needs. Two creative leads, four production days a week, integrated with the paid team — not a separate shop you have to brief twice.

fractional-cmo.run

For $5M–$30M operators between a full-time hire and a single agency contract. We sit on your weekly leadership call, own the marketing P&L, and run the vendor stack. 9–14 month engagements, designed to hand off to the full-time hire we help you find.

##How a typical engagement actually runs.

The first 90 days of a Next U engagement, abbreviated. We will not pretend the rest of the year is templated — but the start is.

[Day 0]
INFO
Kickoff. Access provisioning to ad accounts, ESP, analytics, warehouse. // usually a half-day, in-person if you are in Tampa.
[Day 1–10]
AUDIT
Read every dollar of paid spend for the last 18 months. Interview 6–8 of your customers. Produce a single doc — what is working, what is wasting money, what is missing.
[Day 11–25]
ARCH
Write the program. Channel mix, account structure, creative testing roster, lifecycle map, measurement framework. You sign off on this; it becomes the operating doc.
[Day 26–60]
BUILD
Rebuild ad accounts, ship the first creative drops, wire the analytics layer, set up the weekly dashboard. This is the loudest phase — a lot ships.
[Day 60+]
RUN
Weekly creative drops + monthly retros + quarterly strategic resets. Same dashboard, same cadence, every week. If you stop seeing us on the calendar, something is wrong.
[Day 90]
REVIEW
Honest checkpoint. Either we earned the second quarter, or we did not. We will tell you which.

##The shop, in plain text.

Twelve people. One office in Rocky Point. A flat org. A small client roster on purpose.

#about_us.md

Next U started in 2020 with one bet: that the marketing programs that survive the decade will be the ones built like systems — observable, version-controlled, and operated by people who can read a spreadsheet.

We are twelve people. Eight on the run team, two on the analytics build, two on creative. No remote-first hand-waving — everyone sits at the same office in Rocky Point, off the causeway. The leadership team works on the work, not above it.

We take seven to nine engagements at a time. We say no a lot. The phrase that ends most of our discovery calls is some version of this is not a good fit, here is who is. We refer to two Tampa shops we like and we send them clients regularly.

What you can expect from us:

  • One named owner per project, on every email thread
  • A weekly status, sent Friday at 4pm Eastern, every Friday
  • Access to the same dashboard we run the work from
  • Docs written in your Notion, not ours — your team owns the IP
  • A six-month minimum, and a clean offboarding clause if it isn't working
